Marcela Rosolen is a Senior Associate at Derraik & Menezes Advogados with a specialized focus on venture capital, private equity, impact investment, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and contracts. Marcela has represented clients in both domestic and cross-border transactions and has international experience, having attended two years of Law School at the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey, in Mexico, where she also worked in a boutique law firm specialized in intellectual property.
In 2018 she was awarded with the IBA Jack Batievsky Scholarship winner article entitled "Crowdfunding: the evolution of the financial industry towards entrepreneurship, and the expected growth of emerging markets". Marcela Rosolen is currently studying a master's degree (LL.M with business focus) at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and IE Business School.
